| I used a dark background to create the look of floating stars with the Karen Stones "Spinning Stars" foundation pattern. Paper piecing took the work out of getting those perfect points. I wanted my quilt to dazzle with bright and sparkling stars. I used lot's of great color and jewel tone fat quarters. I choose fabrics with movement to add creative interest. Putting it together using the strip method made it fast and easy. You will have a "spinning" winner every time. |
